What Does It Cost?

There Is NO FEE Charged To Real Estate Buyers!

IT's TRUE! Oklahoma Law allows me to represent you, the buyer, and be compensated by splitting the fee paid by the seller to the seller's Realtor. How does it work? It's simple:

First:

We meet to discuss the home of your dreams. We talk about the community, schools, and churches. We also talk about the style of your dream home -- the setting, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms. We talk about the setting including trees, waterfront, cul de sac, acreage, etc. We talk about the amenities. We take the time to fully understand what you want!

Second:

I will provide you with a representation agreement that allows me to be your exclusive representative in your real estate transaction. I will help you determine the appropriate amount of money to spend on your home and then I roll up my sleeves and go to work!

Third:

I identify homes that match your criteria and provide you with a summary of each home. Once you decide which homes you wish to see, I will arrange to show the home to you.

Fourth:

I provide you with comparables -- the list and sold price of similar properties in the general area and how long those properties were on the market. This will help you in determining an opening offer.

Fifth:

I present your offer to the seller's Realtor and offer persuasive arguements to support the price you are offering.

Sixth:

I coordinate the closing.

Last:

We meet for closing where you sign the papers and walk away with the key to your new home!
