What does this cost?
I only charge what is necessary to pay
for the resources required to effectively market your property and cover our overhead -- typically between 4.5% and 6%; however, my
fees will never exceed the average fee of 6% charged by area Realtors.
Why the difference? Some properties will not require
the marketing resources that other properties may require. I would be happy to meet with you to discuss marketing your property
