If not, he or she should have. In accordance with law, real estate commissions are negotiable. I only charge what I feel is necessary to pay the expenses required to effectively market your property and cover my overhead -- typically between 5% and 6%.

Why the difference? Some properties will not require the marketing resources that other properties may require. I would be happy to meet with you to discuss marketing your property and provide you with a bid for my services.
